This sauce is perfect for dipping or drizzling on your morning oatmeal! Made with coconut oil and collagen, it adds extra protein to any meal or snack.
Chocolate Collagen Sauce
Makes: 3/4 cup of sauce
Recipe
2 teaspoons warm water
1 scoop (10g) Collagen Peptides
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Dissolve collagen in warm water and set aside.
Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in saucepan over low heat.
Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Once melted, turn off heat and add collagen/water mixture.
Stir to combine.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and mix well.
Pour into favorite container for dipping or drizzling.
Refrigerate up to one week.
