This simple and healthy recipe makes 4-6 batches of seasoning at one time to have on hand for an easy weeknight chicken dinner. Mix together and store in a mason jar to use when needed.
Ingredients:
Servings: 4-6
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
Recipe:
In small, half pint mason jar, combine all ingredients and mix together. Seal with lid and store at room temperature for up to 6 months.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning per 1 cup of flour base (almond flour, white flour, coconut flour, etc) when making one pound of chicken.
Roll chicken in it, and fry in heated skillet with 3-4 tablespoons of butter or avocado oil.
